Work Well Support

Work Well is a support service that addresses the rising flow of people out of work. It is backed by the Department for Work and Pensions and the Department of Health and Social Care and aims nationally to support around 60,000 long-term sick or disabled people to start, stay,and succeed in work through integrated work and health support.

I have attached the work well service flyers below, if you could kindly display on the parish notice board and websites so residents are aware of the support available within the GP practice.
