BLABY DISTRICT COUNCIL HAVE ADVISED - it has been decided to sell the land to Morro Partnerships. Morro are a local company and their scheme proposes to use the land to build 31 affordable homes. The proposal provides the best value for the land, whilst delivering much needed affordable housing.
